Let me explain further. Firstly, you cannot spot reduce, that is, you cannot target a specific part of your body
for weight loss or fat loss. Completing light-weight bench presses will not ‘burn fat build muscle’ on your chest or make
it seem harder and more defined.
Every time you weight train, you must stimulate as much muscle growth as possible. There is no such thing as

So to define you muscle, you must lower your body fat level to make the muscle more visible. There are two
ways to reduce body fat:
1) Modify your diet.
You need to reduce your calorie intake to around 15x your own bodyweight. You should also consume smaller meals and
eat more frequently, say 6 times per day. This naturally raises you metabolism to be in a constant fat burning
state.
Reduce and even eliminate saturated fats and simple sugars from your diet. Concentrate on eating lean sources of
protein and low glycemic or complex carbohydrates.
Keep a high level of water intake of around 0.6 ounces per pound of bodyweight (around 8 to 10 glasses of water per
day).
2) Perform proper cardio workouts.
Forget about the 30-45 minute cardio sessions at moderate intensity. To really maximize your body’s fat burning
capacity and minimize the inevitable muscle loss that comes with the fat burning cycle, it is better to have
shorter cardio workouts, but at a high level of intensity. This type of workout will increase your resting
metabolism immensely, and hence will burn fat to the body’s maximum capabilities. It is best to keep to 3-5 high
intensity cardio sessions per week to maintain the burn fat build muscle principle. To ensure the burn fat build
