You may find this fast weight loss method incredible or too simple to be true, but this works in a similar way to your metabolism as follows: If you don't drink enough water, your body starts to store whatever it gets, incase of a lack of water in the future. When this happens you feel bloated.  However, giving your body a regular supply of water, your body does not feel the need to store as it believes there will be no shortage.  To ensure there is no shortage, drink 8 to 10 glasses per day and fast weight loss will be inevitable.
