1.       Set your targets: it is easy to think that you want to loose weight fast but when it comes to doing it then you may get disheartened. Decide a specific interval in much you want results from yourself.

2.       Specific calorie consumption: It sounds good when we hear loose weight fast but it cannot be done if we continue taking a large amount of calories. Remember to keep a chart of calorie intake. Keep writing the calories you consume with each intake. 3.       Consume only 3 meals a day: You may have been into a habit of eating 4-5 meals a day. But now you just have to be strict to yourself so that your mouth works less. Stick to breakfast, lunch and dinner only. Stop eating in between the meals. This habit can make your workout lose its importance. So, just don’t go for any kind of extra meals.
